New DEP regulations will affect the redevelopment and cleanup of brownfields sites in the Commonwealth. Attendees will find out about these policies and other critical information about the effect these changes will have on development.
In addition, presenters will discuss EPA’s new "all appropriate inquiry" standards, as well as policies affecting Asbestos in Soil. If you are involved with development in Massachusetts, this is a must attend!
