'What We Have Accomplished With Electric Restructuring in New England Over the Past Decade, and What We Need To Accomplish Over the Next Decade.'

The day will begin with five luminaries, Paul Joskow of MIT; Bill Hogan of Harvard; Sue Tierney of Analysis Group; Rich Rosen of Tellus Institute; and Rick Sergel of NERC, sharing their views.The morning panel will be followed by the keynote address, "Massachusetts' New Directions in Energy Policy." A panel of key stakeholders including Gordon Van Welie of ISO-New England, Commissioner David O'Connor of DOER, Cheryl LeFleur of National Grid, Jerry Oppenheim of Democracy and Regulation, and Mary Beth Gentleman of Foley Hoag will discuss the future of electric restructuring in New England.
