DESCRIPTION
How come several of your former co-workers already have their own businesses and you don’t? Perhaps they were able to think strategically earlier in their career. Knowingly or not, most entrepreneurs have made the transition from being a tactical thinker to a strategic thinker very early or perhaps even they always did. Many have made the transition naturally and others need just a little bit more to help them make the transition. This seminar focuses on practical ways to know if the decisions you make or need to make are tactical or strategic, when to differentiate between them, and if possible, how to develop potential outcomes.
If you are just starting out in your career or perhaps not moving along as quickly in your career as you should, this seminar is for you. For those who are always looking for a little tune up or tips to help differentiate their decision-making process, this seminar is for you!
