The UCONN Biofuel Consortium is hosting the Sustainable Energy Symposium on March 31 & April 1. Keynote speakers include U.S. Representatives Rosa DeLauro and Joseph Courtney speaking about the Federal Initiatives in Sustainable Energy; there will also be workshops on a variety of topics, including Biofuels, Solar Energy, Fuel Cells, Public Policy, and Investment Opportunities.
On Monday, March 31st at 3:30 PM, Foley Hoag attorney, Mark Barnett, will participate as a panelist in the "Investment Opportunities in Sustainable Energy" breakout session, moderated by Vincent Caprio, Founder & Executive Director or New York NanoBusiness Alliance.
UCONN Biofuel Consortium is a team of students and professors in the fields of Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Plant Science, Economics, and Business. Their mission is to advance the UCONN biodiesel research initiative for the greater good of the environment.
