, a partner at Foley Hoag, a member of the Intellectual Property Group has over 16 years as a registered U.S. patent attorney. He has degrees in electrical and mechanical engineering as well. In addition, Raj performs risk assessment and design around analysis for new products, and renders opinions on patent infringement and validity.
Charles Weinstein
, partner at Foley Hoag who serves as the firm’s Trademark Counsel in the Intellectual Property department. Charles has more than 25 years experience in U.S. and international trademark searching, clearance, registration and policing.
Lindsay Timcke, President and CEO of KPM Viper Consulting LLC, is an innovative authority that provides a variety of IT solutions, including compliance, project management, and risk management. Some of KPM Viper’s specialties include: SOX preparation, PCI compliance, disaster recovery, ERP implementation assistance and Massachusetts privacy law support.
