The federal and state energy regulatory landscape is changing, with increasing adoption of renewable energy standards for local and regional electricity grids and increasing concerns about the effects of carbon emissions from electricity production. Adam Wade and Amy Boyd, attorneys at Foley Hoag LLP, will discuss current and pending changes in state and federal law that have the potential to remake the regulation of energy production and consumption in the U.S.
