Adam Chodos and Tonya James

Adam will be speaking on Sources of risk, particularly those that impact business owner. Limitations of commonly applied asset protection tools, concepts and applications of asset protection techniques including jurisdiction, control, income and estate tax effects and Integration of asset protection with estate planning and business succession.

Tonya will speak on matters related to income tax reporting and information reporting for international assets. This will include the reporting rules under the new FACTA legislation.
