Her role as Executive Professor of Law and Business will focus on intellectual property strategies for international business, managing intellectual property for global enterprises, international intellectual property law and business transactions.
Ms. Montgomery remains at Foley Hoag in an Of Counsel position and retains connections with the firm’s varied intellectual property clients.
