Foley Hoag congratulates Neil Austin, an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, on being selected as one of 15 lawyers to participate in the Boston Bar Association’s 2009-2010 Public Interest Leadership Program.
The annual program, developed by the BBA in 2002, is a 12 month leadership development program for lawyers in their first ten years of practice. The program is built around the goal of identifying and developing attorneys to serve as civic, bar, and professional leaders of the future. A number of Foley Hoag lawyers have been past participants.
Neil’s litigation practice has a strong focus on white-collar and securities matters. His areas of emphasis include business crimes and related government investigations, securities and corporate disputes, and accountants’ professional liability.
