NAIOP Presents Foley Hoag Lawyers Seth Jaffe and Rebecca Puskas with Public Affairs Award

Two Foley Hoag lawyers, partner Seth D. Jaffe and associate Rebecca L. Puskas, received the annual Public Affairs Award from the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) yesterday at NAIOP’s Annual Meeting.

Mr. Jaffe and Ms. Puskas received the award as part of an eight-member Stormwater Task Force, a group of lawyers and other professionals who have been working for more than a year to ensure that regulations developed by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection to address stormwater concerns are reasonable and cost-effective.  Both lawyers are members of Foley Hoag’s Environmental practice.  Mr. Jaffe has blogged extensively on the topic in his Law and the Environment Blog.
