Boston, MA - November 30, 2010

At the request of the Chinese Central Government, Foley Hoag partner DeAnn Smith recently traveled to Shijiazhuang to speak at the 5th International Commercial Law Forum.  Ms. Smith, a partner in the Intellectual Property group who frequently speaks on the topic of ITC Section 337 Investigations, met with government agencies, judges and industry leaders regarding ITC investigations.  The Forum attendees included executives from 200 export companies.
