Foley Hoag announced today its Trademark, Copyright and Unfair Competition Practice was named to the Worldwide Trademark Review’s WTR 1000 Ranking, the first and only standalone ranking to focus exclusively on trademark practices and practitioners. The WTR 1000 list is significant because it reflects the opinions of those specifically working in the trademark law field. The list was compiled using information from three months of telephone interviews and correspondence with hundreds of attorneys and clients involved with trademark protection and associated legal issues.
Julia Huston, partner chair of Foley Hoag’s Trademark, Copyright and Unfair Competition Practice was ranked as a leading lawyer in Band 1 of the Individuals Contentious Trademark Work category. Susan Barbieri Montgomery, of counsel for Foley Hoag’s Trademark, Copyright and Unfair Competition Practice was listed as one of the top ranking lawyers in the Individuals Band for Non-Contentious Work.
