Patent Research Review Names Foley Hoag Lawyers to Top Prosecutors List

June 7, 2011

Four Foley Hoag LLP lawyers have been named to Patent Research Review and Patent Buddy’s Top Patent Prosecutors list.

Beth Arnold, Dana Gordon, Scott Kamholz and DeAnn Smith have been recognized as leading patent prosecutors in Patent Research Review’s inaugural May 2011 publication and on Patent Buddy’s website. The Top Prosecutors list was chosen based on a combination of factors, including the number and quality of nominations the attorney or agent received from his or her peers, the high degree of accomplishment obtained in patent prosecution, and other recognitions or achievements.

The Patent Research Review, in conjunction with Patent Buddy, created the Top Prosecutors recognition program. Patent Research Review is the new blog and publication of Sunlight Research, a source for patent data analytics, patent claims coverage reports and intellectual property market research.
