Rachel M. Brown
Rachel Brown has a wide-ranging litigation practice that includes assisting clients with intellectual property litigation including patent infringement, as well as commercial and development disputes. She also represents and advises clients on litigation involving business crimes and white-collar criminal matters. Before joining Foley Hoag Rachel had three years of experience providing court-based mediation services.
