Pat A. Cerundolo
Pat Cerundolo’s highly diverse administrative law, litigation and regulatory practice involves representing both private and public sector clients in a variety of local, state and federal regulatory concerns. Pat’s main focus is in the area of state regulation of the health care, life sciences and insurance industries. He has also assisted business clients from the energy, and transportation industries, and has represented telecommunications clients in connection with the regulation of fiber optic and wireless networks, including regulatory compliance, open access issues, and permitting. His work for public entity clients encompasses zoning matters, eminent domain, land use and development and related litigation. Pat has a particular expertise in state and local procurement matters, and has assisted both private and public sector clients in the administration of procurement proceedings and bringing and defending administrative appeals and litigation related to bid disputes.
Pat regularly protects his clients’ interests in administrative proceedings and related dispute resolution. He has handled siting and zoning matters for developers and energy companies, and represents public and private clients in construction law disputes. Pat’s practice also includes advising biotechnology and insurance companies in government strategies matters related to legislative and regulatory initiatives. His strengths at public policy advocacy reflect three years of experience as the Assistant to the General Counsel at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office for Administration and Finance, where he focused on general regulatory matters overseen by that agency, with a particular emphasis on the regulation of state procurement procedures and related investigations.
