Daniel Marx
Daniel Marx’s litigation practice focuses on white-collar criminal matters, related regulatory enforcement actions, and complex civil litigation. Daniel has handled litigation matters in federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate levels.
Prior to joining Foley Hoag LLP, in 2008, Daniel worked as a litigation associate at national law firms in Washington, DC, and New York. He also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Reena Raggi, of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the Honorable Allyne R. Ross, of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
