    Our lawyers represented Ecuador in the provisional measures phase of this arbitration, resulting from the Ecuadorian Government’s termination of a contract for the exploitation of an oil field, and the claimants’ allegation that their investment was “expropriated.” The tribunal ruled unanimously in Ecuador’s favor, and refused to order the measures requested by the claimants.
