Candidates should be proficient in researching state corporate filing requirements, drafting and filing incorporation and qualification documents, preparing votes and maintaining corporate and stock records, preparing and filing UCC financing statements and obtaining certificates of good standing. Knowledge and experience with Blue Sky law research and filings a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully with attorneys and clients are necessary.
