E-Discovery Staff Attorney

Foley Hoag has an opening in its Boston office for an e-discovery attorney. A minimum of two years of experience working with electronic discovery issues in a law firm environment is required, and a background in computer science is preferred. We seek applicants with strong academic credentials, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects involving a variety of stakeholders. The successful candidate must have significant experience performing advanced searches with e-discovery platforms and be knowledgeable about all aspects of the e-discovery process, modern litigation requirements, rule-driven mandates, technology tools, and document production and management. Project management skills, and a demonstrated commitment to provide outstanding customer service to stakeholders both internally and externally, are particularly important.
