Please join us for our quarterly M&A forum, which brings the latest in market trends and recent legal developments to the New England M&A professionals' community.
Foley Hoag is pleased to announce that Chief Justice Myron Steele will be joining us on December 10 for our next quarterly M&A Forum. This will be an interactive event focused on recent developments in Delaware law and how these contrast with decisions from the past 20 years. The discussion will also focus on expected changes given the recent turnover among Chancellors on the Delaware Chancery Court and among Justices on the Delaware Supreme Court.
Chief Justice Steele formerly presided over the Supreme Court of Delaware, and also served as a Judge of the Delaware Superior Court and Vice Chancellor of the Delaware Chancery Court. He has published over 400 opinions resolving disputes among members of limited liability companies and limited partnerships, and between shareholders and management of publicly traded and close corporations. Chief Justice Steele serves as Adjunct Professor of Law at University of Pennsylvania Law School, University of Virginia Law School and Pepperdine University Law School.
