Through open conversations and panel discussions, this full-day conference will address numerous timely and important issues, including principles of allocation of resources in areas under national jurisdiction; the exploration and exploitation of resources in areas under national jurisdiction; and natural resources and biodiversity beyond natural jurisdiction. International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea President Vladimir Golitsyn will deliver the keynote address. Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with the speakers and panelists throughout the event.
