Foley Hoag Expands Health Care Regulatory Practice
Caleb DesRosiers Brings Experience on a Variety of Health Care Policy, Finance and Regulatory Matters

Foley Hoag has named Caleb DesRosiers, an attorney with a decade of experience in health care policy, financing and regulatory matters, as Counsel in its Health Care Practice and Government Strategies Groups. DesRosiers has held management and policy development positions on the private and public sides of the health care industry, working on issues ranging from Medicare and Medicaid payments to medical privacy to pharmaceutical product marketing.
DesRosiers comes to Foley Hoag from Entrée Health LLC, where he served as senior vice president/managing director for the Payer Strategy Development Division. His responsibilities included managing a U.S./global research team and advising life science companies on health policy and reimbursement strategy.
DesRosiers previously worked in Washington, D.C. at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, where he advised the Administrator’s Office and the Office of Strategic Operations and Regulatory Affairs.
DesRosiers also has extensive experience working in the bio-pharmaceutical industry, where he held health policy positions at Roche Pharmaceuticals and Pfizer Inc. His responsibilities included developing reimbursement strategies and plans of action for new products; advising senior executives on state and federal policy; and managing consulting teams.

DesRosiers earned a bachelor’s degree in health and human services from Suffolk University in Boston, and a law degree and master’s degree in public administration from Suffolk Law School.
