Jeffrey Collins, Foley Hoag partner and chair of the firm's Business Department, will be one of the featured panelists at the 2013 Hedge Fund Association Symposium on May 22. This seminar, entitled "Are You Leaving Money on the Table?," will raise awareness of various alternative investment opportunities to maximize alpha.

Discussion topics will range from projected tax rate changes to securities class action settlement recovery. In addition, a regulatory and enforcement update on capital raising will highlight the SEC enforcement focus on private fund distribution and investor introduction, the JOBS Act and the European Directive on Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFMD).
