Foley Hoag LLP partner Joe Basile will be a featured panelist at the NYSE Governance Services’ Chairman & CEO Peer Forum in New York on Wednesday, April 22, 2015.
Basile will appear on the panel “M&A: Transforming Transactions to Build Better Deals,” which will focus on recent trends in transactions and how boards can best insert themselves into the process of evaluating a deal. Joining Basile as panelists are Susan M. Cameron, President & CEO at Reynolds American and Thomas Wajnert, Chairman of the Board at Reynolds American.
