Foley Hoag Counsel Christina Hioureas Elected to Council on Foreign Relations

Foley Hoag LLP counsel Christina Hioureas was recently elected as a Term Member to the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).
CFR is a leading independent, nonpartisan U.S. foreign policy think tank and publisher dedicated to being a resource for its membership to help them better understand the world and the foreign policy choices facing the United States and other countries.
According to CFR, its membership "represents a group unmatched in accomplishment and diversity in the field of international affairs,” and consists of “top government officials, renowned scholars, business executives, acclaimed journalists, prominent lawyers, and distinguished nonprofit professionals.”
Hioureas is a member of Foley Hoag's International Litigation and Arbitration group, and is resident in the firm's New York office. She represents States, private and State-owned entities, and individuals on international disputes and public international law matters, and also advises States on matters before the United Nations and its bodies.
