Irish Times Recognizes Foley Hoag Associate Oonagh Sands in Irish Women of the World Overview

Oonagh Sands, an associate in Foley Hoag LLP's International Litigation and Arbitration Practice, was recently recognized by The Irish Times in a special "Irish Women of the World" feature.
Editors identified women of Ireland whose influence is felt around the world, and who contribute to great effect in their respective fields, including public service, diplomacy, finance, law, education, health, medicine, arts and culture, sports, media and entertainment and fashion. As a member of Foley Hoag's Sovereign Representation and International Litigation & Arbitration groups, Sands' practice is focused on public international law and investor-State arbitration, where she acts for sovereign States and their State-owned entities. She also provides advice on a wide range of public international law issues, including territorial and maritime boundary disputes, as well as the law of sovereign immunity.
