Two Foley Hoag attorneys will be participating in the Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference on Friday, April 20th. The program, sponsored by the Suffolk University Law School Intellectual Property Law Concentration and Social Law Library, will examine some of the most critical current and future trends in Patent Law while providing participants with valuable analysis about how these decisions will affect legal practice and clients. David Korn and Philip Swain will be participating in an overview and discussion titled "Injunctions as a Remedy for Patent Infringement and the eBay case."

Susan Barbieri Montgomery will be honored at the luncheon program for her contributions as chair of the ABA IP Law Section.
