Nabeel Ahmad’s disputes practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation in the areas of securities fraud, white collar crime and antitrust, as well as the defense of product liability and other complex tort claims. In the former area, Nabeel has defended corporate and individual clients in SEC investigations and in controversies before federal, state and international courts. In the latter area, he has defended companies both in Massachusetts courts and around the country against product liability claims in a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, plumbing products and heating and air conditioning products.
