As a partner in the firm’s Business Department, Arlene Bender has a wide-ranging practice that focuses on advising start-up and emerging growth companies as well as more established private companies in a broad variety of industries regarding general business concerns including entity formation and equity structuring, contract matters and corporate governance. Arlene’s transactional practice with these clients includes angel and venture capital financing, private placements, debt financings and merger and acquisition transactions.
