He has handled siting and zoning matters for developers and energy companies, and represents public and private clients in construction law disputes. Pat’s practice also includes advising biotechnology and insurance companies in government strategies matters related to legislative and regulatory initiatives. His strengths at public policy advocacy reflect three years of experience as the Assistant to the General Counsel at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office for Administration and Finance, where he focused on general regulatory matters overseen by that agency, with a particular emphasis on the regulation of state procurement procedures and related investigations.
