Sam has extensive experience representing clients in drafting and negotiating technology license agreements, including resolution of all patent, trade secret and copyright licensing issues for software, medical devices and biotechnology applications. His IP-related transactional work also includes preparing technology collaboration agreements, technical consulting agreements, and sponsored research agreements with universities and hospitals. He also advises on distribution, reseller and OEM agreements, and helps resolve technology contract disputes.
