Diana is an Associate in the firm’s Business Department. She maintains a general business practice, advising public and private companies on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, financings, corporate formation and general corporate governance. Diana also advises registered investment advisers and hedge fund managers on various matters of regulatory compliance and assists with the formation of onshore and offshore hedge funds as well as other types of private funds.
