Pia Owens is an Associate in the firm’s Business Department. She focuses on representing technology companies and emerging companies, assisting clients with technology licensing agreements, software and Internet issues, equity and debt financing transactions, and corporate formation. Pia also maintains a general business practice, advising public and private companies on a wide range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and management, and general corporate matters. In addition, she also advises nonprofit organizations on formation, obtaining tax-exempt status, and ongoing compliance.
