Jason is an Associate in the firm's Business Department. He assists clients with matters spanning the business life-cycle, including entity formation, venture financing, general corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions. He advises public and private companies and non-profit organizations on international and domestic matters. Jason is one of the leaders of the department’s monitoring and analytics of the regional venture capital market and of its infusion of technological innovation in delivering legal services.
