Amanda Vendig is an associate in the Business Department and a member of the firm’s venture capital and emerging company practice group. Amanda represents start-up and venture backed companies, and has extensive experience representing companies and venture funds in venture capital financings, both equity and debt.  She also advises companies on formation matters, operational and employment issues, stock options and equity grants, mergers and acquisitions and other general corporate matters.
