Amy E. Frazier
Amy assists business clients with energy and environmental matters involving regulatory compliance, litigation, and dispute resolution. Her compliance and dispute resolution work includes advising and representing clients with regard to water resource, waste water, wetland, and air quality permitting, as well as the removal and clean-up of contaminants and hazardous substances. In litigation, Amy assists clients with disputes over responsibility for clean-up costs and property damage under M.G.L. Chapter 21E and the federal Superfund statute. She also assists clients with a range of environmental insurance coverage issues.
Before coming to Foley Hoag LLP, Amy spent seven years as a management consultant with a large global consulting firm, assisting public and private sector clients with an array of technology, strategy, and re-engineering projects.
