Kevin K. Nolan
Kevin Nolan's varied corporate practice focuses on investment advisers and private investment funds, renewable and advanced energy technology companies and corporate finance. He advises registered investment advisers and hedge fund managers on various matters of regulatory compliance and assists with the formation of onshore and offshore hedge funds as well as other types of private funds. His corporate finance practice includes venture capital financings, secured and unsecured debt financings including syndicated senior bank credit facilities. In addition, Kevin assists advanced and renewable energy technology companies in venture capital and other equity and debt financings, intellectual property transactions and general corporate matters.

Prior to law school, Kevin worked as a Paralegal for two New York firms in the area of real estate finance.
