Amanda Vendig (Kirouac)
Amanda Vendig advises public and private companies on a wide range of issues and corporate transactions, including formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, financings, securities law compliance and general legal matters. She also helps nonprofit organizations with incorporation and other governance issues, and advises them on obtaining and maintaining tax exemption status.
While in law school, Amanda interned both with Foley Hoag and with the Boston University General Counsel’s office.
