  • Represented Zumper in its $17.6M Series B funding led by Breyer Capital and Foxhaven Asset Management, including follow-up funding from existing investors

  • Represented ThomasPartners in sale to The Charles Schwab Corporation
  • Represented Belmont Technology Inc. in its $25 million Series B financing
