Erica Harrington is an associate in Foley Hoag’s Business Department. She advises public and private companies on a wide range of corporate matters including corporate formation, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance matters.

During law school, Erica served as Editor-in-Chief of the Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review and hosted a symposium entitled “Who Will Pay: The Public & Private Insurance Implications of Climate Change’s Drastic Challenges,” which discussed whether the public and/or private insurance industries might play a role in mitigating the costs associated with climate change-related losses.
