Nicola Lemay, JD/MBA, is the Chair of Foley Hoag’s Tax Practice Group and a partner in the firm’s Business Department. Nicola has more than 20 years of legal and tax experience advising clients, ranging from early-stage to established private and public companies, on domestic and international matters. She excels in providing clients with practical and creative tax solutions, including tax advice relating to domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and deployment strategies, corporate structuring matters, the drafting and interpretation of partnership and LLC operating agreements, and tax credit transactions.
