Jeff Mullan has more than 25 years of experience working at the highest levels on transportation and redevelopment projects in Massachusetts and New England. As a member of Foley Hoag’s Administrative Law Department, Jeff represents clients on a wide range of matters related to real estate, transportation, construction, infrastructure development and redevelopment.

Representative Experience

  • Represents clients buying, selling, developing and redeveloping their properties.
  • Represented many public sector clients on redevelopment and transportation projects, and is involved in major initiatives such as:
    • the South Station expansion project
    • the Central Artery/Tunnel project  
    • the Greenbush MBTA commuter rail line
    • the Route 3 North project – which was the Commonwealth’s first design/build/finance highway venture
    • the Allston intermodal project
    • the Green Line Extension
  • Represented the Commonwealth in the creation of the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway Conservancy.
  • Project counsel for urban renewal and redevelopment projects in Chelsea, Somerville, and Cambridge.
  • Project counsel for the acquisition of several freight rail lines throughout the Commonwealth.
