Foley Hoag LLP partner Giselle Joffre was recognized by
Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly at its 2022 Top Women of Law event, held in Boston on November 16, 2022.
Joffre is co-chair of Foley Hoag’s White Collar Crime & Government Investigations Practice. As a former federal prosecutor at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boston, she focuses her practice on defending corporations and executives in criminal and civil government investigations, including grand jury matters. She also leads targeted internal investigations of sensitive, high-profile matters.
Joffre was recently
recognized by Massachusetts Black Women Attorneys with The Ida B. Wells Award, given to a Black woman who has made a significant contribution to the legal profession, and by the National Bar Association – Women Lawyers Division where she was
honored in the Outstanding Minority Partner in a Majority Firm category. She currently serves as a board member of the Boston Chamber of Commerce as a representative of Foley Hoag and on the board of the Boston Symphony Orchestra.
