Healthcare legal team members have served as senior congressional staffers on committees with jurisdiction over healthcare and related areas such as labor and pension law. The co-chair of our practice was the general counsel of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Other members of the team have similar high-level experience, including working in senior positions at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
