Stephen Robin, Associate, will join a panel session titled, "Out With The Old and In With The New—Coverage Issues Arising from Aging Infrastructure and Projects to Replace It." The panel will discuss common, yet disputed, coverage issues arising from infrastructure losses, differentiating between those arising from aging versus new infrastructure, and the corresponding impact on development.
