Despite significant contributions to the workforce, Latinas hold only 1% of C-suite positions in corporate America. In comparison to any other ethnic group, Latinas also experience the highest drop off for representation in the workforce, starting with entry-level positions. At the start of Hispanic Heritage Month, individuals from all backgrounds are invited to this important conversation with Latina leaders in the business community who will share their personal experiences and discuss actionable solutions and strategies individuals and organizations can adopt to break down barriers and advance Latina professionals.
