Foley Hoag is pleased to support the South Asian Bar Association of Greater Boston’s (SABA GB) Chai Chat. Associates and Registered Patent Attorneys Jyoti Tibrewala and Mi Cai will speak on the panel, “Networking Tips for Diverse Attorneys.” This event is intended to address the unique challenges that those from underrepresented communities may face when participating in professional networking. Featuring a panel of seasoned attorneys who have successfully navigated these spaces, the discussion will provide actionable strategies for building authentic connections in networking environments. Participants will learn how to leverage their unique backgrounds as professional assets, manage social anxiety and "impostor syndrome" in formal settings, and find ways to strike up conversations with people from various backgrounds. This event offers a supportive, low-pressure space for new attorneys to gain the confidence needed to walk into any room and build a powerful professional network on their own terms. Chai and snacks will be provided!
