Partner Joseph Klingler will join a panel on "International Law in Practice." At a time when international lawyers face unprecedented geopolitical, technological, and personal pressures, the panel will explore what it means to practice international law in a world defined by volatility and velocity—and how lawyers can advise on international law when the boundaries between law, policy, and politics grow ever finer.
The event will also mark the launch of Joseph Klingler's forthcoming book, the 3d. edition of
Treaty Interpretation, co-authored with Professor Richard Gardiner and scheduled for publication by Oxford University Press in September 2026.
