Partner Jay G. Reilly spoke to
Law360 Pulse about his decision to join Foley Hoag’s Business Department.
"They've got a great reputation, they've got a well-deserved reputation, so that definitely was a key factor for me," said Reilly in the interview. “And they do a ton of venture work, they are really big in the venture space, they do a lot of other kinds of financings."
In the interview, Reilly also shared what has driven his work with life sciences companies, sharing "the people are dedicated and smart, and committed, and I've been seeing a lot of wonderful things [out of] my clients and my companies in developing products, and really, in helping people."
Reilly joined Foley Hoag from a Philadelphia, PA based firm, and also previously served as general counsel Emergent BioSolutions, Inc.
