Foley Hoag Partner Kenneth Figueroa to Speak at 5th International Seminar on Investment Arbitration

Foley Hoag LLP partner Kenneth Figueroa will speak at the 5th International Seminar on Investment Arbitration, taking place October 2-3, 2017. The event is sponsored by the Peruvian Institute of Arbitration (IPA), and will bring together prominent scholars, practitioners and officials from the private and public sectors.
Figueroa will participate on a panel titled “Third Party Funding and the Issues It has Raised,” where he will discuss the obligation to disclose third party funding to avoid conflicts and the implications of third party funding for cost awards.
As a member of the International Litigation and Arbitration Department at Foley Hoag, Figueroa focuses his practice on international disputes, particularly on investor-State matters, commercial arbitration, and sovereign representation.
